Michiko Takagi:

Michiko is Beamable's facilitator for Mind Mapping and inter-cultural intelligence trainings.

After graduating from Nihon University, Tokyo in pedagogy and linguistic in 1981, Michiko started a career in teaching Japanese as a foreign language in Tokyo. In 1991 she moved to Belgium and continued teaching Japanese culture and Japanese as a foreign language for the University of Liège (ULg).
Since 2003 she teaches at ICHEC Business School as well as the European Commission and the Institut Libre Marie Haps in Brussels. Michiko is the vice-president of the Belgian Nihongo-Kyoshi Kai, the Belgian Association of Japanese Language Teachers.
She is also actively engaged in the project "Oral Japanese Assessment Europe" OJAE

    Agnès Uhlrich-Meylan MBA-CHE :

Agnès is Beamable's main  facilitator in Ethic education and works with Olivier for the programs instructional design.

After graduating from the Hospitality Management School in Thonon-Les-Bains in 1981, she passed an MBA at the prestigious IHMI (Cornell ESSEC) in Paris. She then started her career in teaching culinary art at the Winchester Recreation Department in Boston, USA. She has also lectured for 9 years hospitality management courses in the American Lodging Association Educational Institute (BBI) in Brussels. Her field of expertise are  F&B, Leadership and Ethic. 

Agnès  lives in the Geneva area  and currently teaches Human Ressources at l'Ecole Hôtelière de Genève (EHG). She is a AH&LEI Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE).  

            Olivier Herlin CHE-MIH-TLI :

Olivier is Beamable's excecutive director and main facilitator in Leadership Development. He is also in charge of the instructiuonal design of Beamable educational programs and their online delivery.

Olivier studied Hospitality Management at Glion Higher Education Institute in Switzerland and started his hospitality career in Tokyo. He worked during 15 years in different hotel brands at various positions.
In 2000, Olivier left hospitality operations to start lecturing hospitality management in academic organizations.

Having discovered the benefits of Mind Mapping in 2007, Olivier became in 2011 an official ThinkBuzan Licensed Instructor (TLI) making him one of the few Buzan trainers in the world. He also regularly follow trainings in Leadership Development at various organizations such as Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). He has qualified in CCL's programs like "Leadership Beyond Boundaries" and "Early Leadership Toolkit".

As part of Olivier's continous education, he is following a program to become an IFAPME certified professional trainer  (Formaform) in Wallonia, Belgium.

Olivier is a member (MIH) of the Institute of Hospitality in the United Kingdom and holder of the AH&LEI Certified Hospitality Educator certification (CHE).
